first day of 2010! :D
alright, it has been a great week for me so far! let me talk about this week first before talking about 2009! this week was the second and last week of my attachment! attachment was seriously fun! because, you work 2 days and have 2 days off. although its tiring working 12hours shift, especially 7pm-7am, but the people are fun to be with. policeman are slackers too. =/ had my bball session with some of the tgh people and it was fun! bringing back memories on the bball court with them. :)
spent my new year eve at ECP GoldKist area. ns had a chalet and quentin went along with me. countdown to 2010. :) happy birthday to Kalyne and Kok Keong! nearly become snake instead of dragon. haha. eat snake ahh~ Sermeng knows what i am talking about! ahha! today went to 85 to eat with a few people! good time of fellowship and dinner. hope to have more of this! :D
alright, 2009 was a blast of both high and low. firstly, taking over the whole TP guys unit was a challenge and definitely, something that made me realise where i stand and how much i can do for God. :) i am very grateful to Nel! the one who taught me, guide me, most important, impart to me. thank you. :) miss the time in dmm. heh but really looking forward to a day whereby we can work together again! :)
next, transferring over to ns group and leaving everything i have had in TP behind. it was a tough choice. but it was for the better of everyone. :) thank God for helping me make this decision and helping me understand the rational behind this. if i were to go back in the later part of my life, i will definitely follow and go. continue to guide me, God. :)
next, moving into a new station of life. National Service. this thing is something that i dont look forward to, even at the start of my poly days. some of you might know. =/ but every guy have got to serve 2 years and my time had came. looking back, 6 months have past since i enlisted. 3 more cycles of 6 months, and i will be free from the Government. :) on 15th June 2009, i enlisted. and it wasnt long before i start to understand how difficult it is to serve when serving ns during bmt. haha! but it isnt an excuse not to serve. so after awhile when i adapt myself to ns life and am stable, i started to help my leader as i can.
not long later, another thing happened. change of shepherd. will not elaborate much on this, but i have had many not very nice experience with this thing. can ask me personally if you want to know more! :) its over le, i am fine and okay now! :D the news of changing of shepherd and changing of cg came together. was shocked, but kinda expected le. heh
bmt was a blast as well! i know many good brothers and went thru many things together with them. haha! people like Chung Kwan, Samuel, James, Jovey, Dai Seng and a few more. you guys rock man! :) after bmt, i was posted to Singapore Police Force. and i am still there. ahha! its fun here and its abit slack here la. gotta admit. =/ waiting for 11th May for my passing out parade! heh
not forgetting the outing with Sermeng, Lemmuel and some other brothers at some of the nights. dota, lan, l4d2, almost anything under the mooon! hope to catch up with you guys real soon!
lastly, before i end my post, once again, happy new year and lets welcome 2010! 2010 will be a better year! :)
