just the first week of 2010, and quite alot of happenings so far! i injured my left knee on wed morning after PT! and its not because of one PT that i injured myself. consecutive 3 days PT since monday night. so my left knee couldnt take it i suppose. thanks for those who asked about me, i am fine now. recovered, not fully though. first injury of the year. haha! but seriously, when i injured myself, the first thing that came to my mind was 'will i be OOC?' ooc stands for out of course. means out of my current officer course. because this is the first time i have knee injury and it seems quite serious to me because i couldnt walk properly, and i thought it will be there for quite some time.. but i still choose to trust God and prayed, and true enough, i recovered faster than my another friend, who suffered the same injury as me, but on the right knee. so credit really goes to God. thank you Father. (:
next up after that injury on friday, 080110, was my Senior Term Bar Presentation. something i look forward to ever since i don on the Junior Term Bar. haha! for those who dont know about this junior senior thing, its the rank of an officer cadet. for example, an officer cadet starts off his 9 months officer course with a bar (junior), after a few months of training, will be 2 bars (senior). then another few months of training, will get the actual rank. (: for more detailed, can talk to me on msn. cos quite hard to explain here. that Senior Term Bar Presentation was something special. it marks the last and final phase of my officer course. after we get our senior term bar, there was this achievement run. its just a run around the parade square. and though my knee still hurt abit, i completed it. (: hoho cool right!
after we get our Senior Term in the morning, we booked out at noon! to prepare for the event that we planned few months back. Social Night! :D and i tell you guys, it was a very very cool, fun and great event! its my honour to bring Xueting along! heh thanks Xueting for coming along! hope you enjoyed the food as well as the event! the video montage was super cooooool!! if i get it and have the chance, i'll show you guys! more pictures to upload after i get tagged on facebook. i forgot to bring my camera. =/ so gotta wait for friends to upload!
one week into 2010, it had been fun-filled! hoping for more of this kinda happenings!
God, this year is gonna be filled with circumstances that You will bring me through! more breakthroughs to come and more faith-filled goals to break! grow me as i read and meditate on Your Word. :) give praise in advance, thank you! :)
